Kill your computer

Turn it off. Walk away. Go read a book. Pick up a newspaper. Call a friend. Take your bike for a ride in the fresh air (yes even if it's dark or raining - quit complaining. At least your body is alive and can experience such elements.) Stop looking for your life on this screen. It's not here. It's not reality. The Arial text you are so assimilated with does not care who you are and cannot make you complete no matter how much you talk to it. Turn away and look at the sky and the streets in front of you. At the people smiling at you and welcoming you home. That is reality. It's a beautiful place full of voices and thoughtful gestures and love and humanity. Of laughter and hugs. Not here. Let go of its grip. Please go find yourself. Now. Before another year has passed and you still don't know who you are or what you are looking for. Because it's not in this box. Trust me.
